Welcome to the PC&G blog!
My name’s Liz, and I scour the Web for cool sites — not all of them make it into our weekly video package, so we’re posting them right here. I’ll post my finds daily.
Got something you think we should see? Send me an e-mail at mobileliz@foxnews.com!

It¹s finally Halloween! Hope everyone has their costume and a pillowcase for optimal candy storage ready to go. Here are some spooky sites to amuse you. Liz
• Creepy Dolls — Chucky¹s got nothing on these dolls! Created by an ex-mortician and taxidermist, these creepy dolls really take on a life of their own. http://susanscustomcreepydolls.com/
Suggested by Phyllis:
• Halloween Hangman — It wouldn’t be Halloween without a spooky version on the classic game hangman. I especially love the voice of the skeleton. http://dedge.com/flash/hangman/hangman.swf?a=300

• Realistic Art — Duane Hanson created some HUGE sculptures, and they are freakishly realistic. http://humemes.com/2007/10/02/the-super-realist-sculptures-of-duane-hanson/
• Pluto Chase — If I had to walk around dressed like a Disney character and posing with snot-nosed brats all day, I¹d probably snap too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdXSfiFde7A
• Ugly Animals — Here¹s some furry little friends that I’m sure some animal rights activist/vegetarian wouldn’t mind eating. (These are definitely not as cute as Bambi and Thumper.) http://ourstereo.com/animals/

• M+B —This museum is located out in LA, but that doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate their exhibits! Some of my favorites were Saul Leiter, Joseph Szabo and Hunter S. Thompson let me know which ones you guys liked! http://www.mbfala.com/index1.html
• Extreme Rock Paper Scissors — This childhood game just got a lot more complicated; remembering what beats what is going to be the hardest part. http://baseballbatyouth.com/Rock_Paper_Scissors.html
• Dumbest Criminals — MySpace has become a porthole for some of the DUMBEST criminals alive. Moral of the site: If you’re a criminal, stay away from MySpace … or at least have the common sense NOT to blog about it. DUH! http://tech.blorge.com/Structure:%20/2007/10/13/myspaces-five-dumbest-criminals/

• Click Me It’s Free — October is almost over, and that means there’s only a few days left to help The Cancer Site raise money for mammograms! Now, they’re not looking for your money. All you have to do is go to this site and click on the giant pink button that reads “Click Here to Give It’s FREE!” simple as that. http://www.thebreastcancersite.com/clickToGive/home.faces?siteId=2
• Movie Mistakes — ILOVE this site. It’s got a huge listing of movies’ biggest slip-ups. http://www.moviemistakes.com/

• Wing Suit Flying — It’s a bird, it’s a plane … no it’s Loic Jean Albert! – His fearless skills are leaving me shakin’ in my boots. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=e29_1192781178
• Cheap RV Living — I’m pretty sure Matt Foley wouldn’t have been so angry about “livin’ in a van down by the river” if his digs looked like this! http://cheaprvliving.com/howtoconvertavan.html
• Speed — I’m addicted to this game -- more than I’m addicted to watching old episodes of “Full House” in my oversized feety pajamas! (Although that is a really fun past time.) ANYWAY, this one’s similar to solitaire, but 10 times better. http://www.boomj.com/html/games/speed.swf

• In Rainbows — Alright, I know this has been covered everywhere, but I had to post this link too! Radiohead is changing the way music is sold … and I like it! Their new album, “In Rainbows,” is exclusively available online and the best part is, you get to decide how much their music is worth! (Be nice, their music’s awesome!) http://www.inrainbows.com/
• V Water — OK, it took me a while to realize that this was even an ad for V Water but despite the push, I have to say, it’s still pretty impressive. http://www.behance.net/Gallery/V-WATER-viral-animation/43975
• Learn Magic — I’ve always said that David Blaine SUCKED as a magician, with his lame illusions. Well now you can levitate just like Blaine! The site reminds me of that fantastic David Blaine spoof from YouTube that I posted a while ago. Sweet memories. http://www.magiclearn.50megs.com/photo2.html

• Locate TV — This is, by far, one of my new favorite sites. Why bother guessing what time your favorite episode of “The Golden Girls” is going to be on, when you can just look it up online? This site gives you the cable whereabouts of your favorite shows, movies, actors and episodes! http://www.locatetv.com/index.php
• Viva Caligula — Here’s your chance to be Caligula and torment your humble subjects. It’s a little violent, but no more than most video games AND it’s from the guys over at Adult Swim, making it 10 times cooler! http://www.adultswim.com/games/vivacaligula/index.html
• Card Stacker — So Brian Burg thinks he’s the coolest, just because he can build a really, really, really tall house of cards. Well, OK, maybe he is he’s got a Guinness World Record to prove it. If you want to check out my awesome house of cards, check out this weeks video. http://www.cardstacker.com/index2.html

Suggested by Jeanne from Long Island NY:
• Right vs. Left — I actually received this same exact test a while back in a forwarded e-mail from a friend, but couldn't figure out how to post it in my blog! Thanks Jeanne for the URL. Just take a look at the dancer as she spins ... is she rotating clockwise or counter-clockwise? Your answer determines which side of the brain you use more. http://www.news.com.au/perthnow/story/0,21598,22492511-5005375,00.html
• Who is Wrong? — Ever wonder whose side of an argument would hold up if a jury of your virtual peers were the judge? Here’s your chance to find out. This site lets you post your problems and then lets strangers decide your case. http://www.whoiswrong.com/
• Three Second Killers — I love these ninja skills! Yay pirated Internet video... http://www.cknguyen.net/movies-online/martial-arts/sat-thu-3-giay---the-3-second-killers/

• Listen to Your Buds — Hearing loss is no laughing matter, but it does make for a rather addictive flash game. Too bad this wasn’t available in the early 90s when people were walking around with an oversized boom box on their shoulders. http://www.listentoyourbuds.org/
• Buzz Dash — I absolutely love games that force you to guess how the general public voted on both historical and pop culture. It’s a great time-waster and extremely fun! http://www.buzzdash.com/index.php?page=game&t=1192476670

• Kiss This Guy — It’s “The Archive of Misheard Lyrics” and while the URL seems a little confusing, it does have a point so make sure you check out their reasoning. I was a little disappointed to see that no one has misheard the lyrics to Busta Rhymes’ “Pass The Courvoisier” like I did. Yeah, I thought the song said “Pass the Kielbasa and Eggs.” I know, so sad! http://kissthisguy.com/
• Awwww — What better way to end a Friday than by looking at the cutest pics of animals. My week is now complete. http://www.starwarfigure.com/great_animal_photos.html

Suggested by Kevin:
• Beer Tees — WARNING: This one’s ONLY for those 21 years old or older! Now, I’ve decided that drink preferences are similar to the obsession men have with their sports teams - especially when it comes to your alcohol of choice. Some people will ONLY drink Miller, while someone else will ONLY drink Bud, but then every once in a while you get the ones who will ONLY drink Coors … even though they all taste exactly like piss water. ANYWAYS, here’s a site that’s got all the liquor-related apparel you could imagine.http://www.beertees.com/
• Clever Drunk — All right, I don’t really think this guy has a drink of choice, but he does have some crazy ways of trying to get out of a DUI. I know, it’s an oldie, but it's also a goodie makes me laugh each and every time. http://www.videogob.com/view_video.php?viewkey=923820dcc509a6f75849&page=1&v iewtype=&category=mr

• I Wanna Be a Pop Star — Hysterical! It’s a parody of the Nickleback song “Rockstar” and its poking fun of all the pop-tart starlets who are going to rehab… getting knocked up… and making a fools of themselves. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uSlqI1AVUk&mode=related&search
• Fuse Deals — Are you cheap? Me to! And that’s why I love this site. To put it simply, it’s a listing of all the hottest deals online – it looks as though most of them are for electronics, but you can find some other bargains thrown in there. http://www.fusedeals.com/
• Acid Trip — Finally a scientific study that’s ACTUALLY interesting! Conducted by the U.S. government back in 1950 … here’s the results of an artist under the influence of LSD. http://analogik.com/acid_trip/acid_trip.html

• The Hardest Game EVER — I’m not really sure what the name of this one is, but it’s very similar to the Grow Cube games and just as addictive. Hint: Start with the screw. http://shingakunet.com/special/10054301/0285/shibakou_game.swf
• Triangles — Here’s another annoying addictive flash game that I couldn’t stop trying to master, yet never had any luck. Simultaneously, keep two different circles from hitting any of the triangles. The hard part is that you control one side of the screen with your mouse, and the other with the keyboard. Very confusing. http://armorgames.com/games/triangles_popup.html

• Pink For The Cure — MySpace has teamed up with The Susan G. Komen Foundation to create a really awesome site for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I love this one because it has tons of inspirational stories from the families, friends and women who’ve been affected. http://www.myspace.com/pinktogether
Suggested by Phyllis
• Extreme Pumpkins — Here’s a great site for the Halloween season coming up. It’s one guy’s collection of pumpkins with creeping carvings. Best part is, he’s holding a contest for 2007! Send him your design and see if he turns it into a horrific masterpiece. http://www.extremepumpkins.com/index.html

• Press The Space Bar — First, decide if you’d like to play for either 5, 10 or 20 seconds – then start tapping away! See if you can beat the record -- I stress “if” because I don’t see how anyone could possibly make these records in the first place. http://www.zimm-co.com/PressTheSpaceBar/pressthespacebar2000.swf
• Happy Hour? — A list of the most expensive cocktails around the world. They’re definitely not something you can grab at your local bar, but the elegance of these drinks is mind blowing. Pay close attention to the $1,400 Mai Tai … I’m still not sure why it’s that pricey. http://www.trifter.com/Practical-Travel/World-Cuisine/The-Worlds-Most-Exclusive-Cocktail-Menu---.48478
• Spacializer — I’m not really sure how to describe this one, but it’s pretty interesting. Take your mouse and leave it in the center of your screen (where all the colors are.) Then, just sit back and enjoy the “special” sounds. http://www.seb.cc/spacializer/
