A 4-year-old British girl accidentally hanged herself trying to imitate a scene from the cartoon “Go Diego Go,” which airs on NickJr, part of the Nickelodeon Group, The Daily Mail reports.
Paige Brown was playing in her room New Year’s Day when she attempted to re-enact a stunt in which a character swings on a zip line with what looks like a harness attached to his neck, Brown’s grandmother told The Daily Mail. The hair band Brown used to swing herself apparently became caught on a hammock where she kept her stuffed animals.

Brown’s parents found her hanging with the hair band around her neck. They tried to resuscitate their daughter before an emergency helicopter arrived, landing in a park near their home.
Despite efforts of those on the scene, Brown was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
