Fresh-out-of-rehab starlet Lindsay Lohan had "a few drinks" during her Thanksgiving visit to New York, the New York Daily News reports.

"She has been drinking a little bit," a Lohan pal reportedly told the paper. "Over her week in New York, she did have a few drinks."

A separate source told the News that she also had at least one big fight with her boyfriend, Riley Giles, who joined the Lohan family for the holiday. Giles and Lohan met when she was in rehab.

After a late-night visit to the trendy Beatrice Inn on Monday, Lohan was calling Manhattan pals for a place to stay, the source told the paper. One friend received numerous voice messages around 4 a.m.

But the first source said Lindsay's alcohol intake was in moderation.

"For Lindsay, her real problem was drugs, not alcohol. In the past, it wasn't the drinking that was the problem — it was the heavy drug use," said the friend. "The drug use was way more intense than her party drinking. As long as she isn't doing drugs, she's OK."

Lohan's spokeswoman told the News that the actress was not consuming alcohol.

"These so-called friends are making up things about her," she said.

Meanwhile, a source at Universal Music Group told the New York Post's Page Six gossip column that Lohan will soon start recording her third album, rumored to be titled "Nobody's Angel."
