A Florida couple is facing child neglect charges after the pair was found passed out in their car in the parking lot of a Largo, Fla., shopping mall with their toddler crying in the backseat, MyFOXTampaBay.com reports.
Carlina Elizabeth Davis, 22, and Ryan Andrew Davis, 23, of Oldsmar, Fla., were found Saturday night passed out in the Largo Mall parking lot after a security guard heard their 2-year-old child screaming in the backseat. The couple faces one charge each of child neglect.
Carlina Davis was also charged with one count of driving under the influence and Ryan Davis with two counts of violating the terms of his probation. He is on felony probation for a marijuana possession conviction.
