Man in Critical Condition After Opening Car Door to Spit, Falling Out

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. – Spitting can be dangerous.

That's what a Pensacola man learned. He's in critical condition after falling out of a vehicle while trying to spit.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Miguel Rogelio opened the door of the car he was traveling in while it was moving at about 45 miles per hour.

The 37 year old fell out of the car and onto the roadway, hitting his head.
