GOLDEN, Colo. – A prospective homebuyer saw a lot more than expected while checking out a house in Jefferson County, Colo.
Authorities said a realtor was showing the home to a would-be buyer when they found the body of a man on the ground near the house.
The realtor called 911.
Authorities said the man had apparently been there for some time, based on the amount of decomposition.
The person was described as an adult male, between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a medium build and a long black ponytail. He was wearing newer blue jeans, a grey T-shirt with the word "DECA" and brown work shoes.
Sheriff's officials said they have no leads to the man's identity so far.
