Alabama City's Residents Explode at Officials Charge With Harassment, Driving Stolen Car

Now that two city council members have been arrested and the city police department has been accused of harassment, the community naturally turned toward their elected officials for guidance.

Speights called an abrupt end to a public meeting Tuesday night, where Lipscomb residents let him know their concerns.
