Miss USA 2007 Rachel Smith may have just lived out her worst nightmare, but she kept a smile on her face anyway. The 22-year-old beauty from beauty queen from Clarksville, Tenn., tripped and fell during the evening gowns competition at the Miss Universe 2007 competition in Mexico City.
