Wynonna Judd's Estranged Husband Returns to Tennessee to Face Sex Charges

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The estranged husband of country star Wynonna Judd arrived in Nashville on Thursday to face sex charges.

Dan R. Roach, 49, was arrested last week in Abilene, Texas, and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child younger than 13.

He was returned by Abilene police and was being held in Metro Jail with bail set at $150,000, The Tennessean reported. It wasn't immediately known if he had an attorney.

The couple were married in November 2003. Wynonna Judd, who is from Ashland, Ky., filed for divorce from him last week following the charges, citing irreconcilable differences.
