Memphis cops apparently had a hair-raising experience while making a drunk driving arrest early Monday morning.
The driver, Anna Clifford, was picked up after weaving through lanes at roughly 2:30 a.m. She blew a .10 on her breathalyzer, above the state maximum of .08, according to a story posted on TheSmokingGun.com.
Clifford, however, offered police another surprise.
