Mega Millions, the multi-state $1 lottery, has a pot worth $275 million dollars. If the prize goes unclaimed, it grows to a record $340 million.

The lucky winner will have to pick between a lump-sum payment of $163 million or take 26 payments of $10.5 million a year.

Friday's winning numbers are 14-21-33-35-51, and the Mega Ball is 43.

The jackpot has rolled over 14 times in a row. The odds of winning the jackpot are approximately 1 in 176 million. Mega Millions tickets are sold in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, Michigan, Ohio, Washington, Texas and California.
