It's time to roll in the weekend, folks! A lot of news and entertainment to hash through, so sit tight and find out some of the things on tap for your viewing pleasure!

Believe it or not, this weekend marks the third anniversary of the coalition's invasion of Iraq. We'll look back, but more importantly look forward to what needs to be done in that country to instill democracy. What is the current status of things there? When will our troops come back home? Can a civil war be avoided? Former coalition spokesperson Dan Senor and Lt. Col. Paul Hall will be on hand to give us their insight.

Our political pundits, Ellen Ratner and Jim Pinkerton, will join us to debate the latest Bush poll numbers as well as the success of Operation Swarmer — the joint Iraqi/U.S. military operation going on as we speak.

If you like home improvement, you'll love it from a women's perspective. Barabara K will be with us to give you some home improvement tips!

Then, fitness guru David Kirsch shares some news you may not like: Popular foods that you may think are really healthy, may not be doing what you think they are designed to do! I'm not going to say any more than that — other than to watch!

Plus, Bill McCuddy went to see "Thank You for Smoking" and says it is the best show of the year! He interviews Aaron Eckhart, as well as Zooey Deschanel of "Failure to Launch" — which was No. 1 at the box office last week.

All that, plus a lot more — so tune in for a fun-filled weekend with Julian, Alisyn and Gretchen!
