Mamma.com Inc. (MAMA) reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $762,555, or 6 cents a share, vs. a net loss of $671,567, or 6 cents a share, in the year-ago period. Revenue at the Montreal-based Internet search company fell 51% to $1.66 million from $3.42 million.

Municipal Mortgage & Equity LLC (MMA) said it will restate its earnings for the years 2002 through 2004 and the first three quarters of 2005. The Baltimore-based company said the restatement will increase previously reported net earnings for the first three quarters of 2005 by $10.5 million, or 27 cents a share. MuniMae will seek an extension to file its 2005 form 10-K, but said it expects to file by the end of the 15-day extension period.

Nortel Networks Inc. (NT) reported a preliminary $2.2 billion loss in the fourth quarter and said it would delay its annual 2005 report amid yet another revision of financial results going back at least three years. See full story.
