An enraged father allegedly stabbed to death his 14-year-old daughter's 27-year-old boyfriend after the man professed his love for the girl and said he wanted to take her to Mexico, police said.

Efrain Ramos, 38, and two women were arrested Tuesday for investigation of murder in the killing of Anselmo Sanchez-Reyes, whose body remained unidentified for a week after it was found Feb. 21 on a North Hollywood street.

Authorities believe Sanchez-Reyes was stabbed to death while he and Efrain Ramos fought in Ramos' apartment, Los Angeles Police detective Mike Coffey said.

Efrain Ramos is being held without bail. His sister Maria Ramos, 29, and a family friend, Dolores Gomez, 27, are suspected of helping move the body and are being held on $1 million bond.
