• Tookie's Fate: We'll have the latest on the case of Crips gang's co-founder. This afternoon California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger refused to grant clemency to Williams who is now scheduled to be executed at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday morning, Pacific Standard Time.

Plus we'll get reaction from radio talk show host Larry Elder and ex-San Franciso Mayor Willie Brown.
