Senate confirmation hearings for Judge John Roberts (search) are under way. The hearings are expected to last four to five days and most on Capitol Hill expect Roberts will win confirmation to be the nation's 17th chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. We'll get the latest from FOX News congressional correspondent Brian Wilson.

Then, we'll get reaction from Judge Andrew Napolitano, FOX News' senior judicial analyst, and Tim O'Brien, FOX News Supreme Court analyst.
