The president is in Idaho to deliver a speech on the War on Terror (search) in front of military personnel and families of some of those killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. And in Crawford, Cindy Sheehan (search) returns to continue her vigil at the president's ranch. Wendell Goler has details.

We’ll also talk with crisis management expert Eric Dezenhall about the administration’s handling of Cindy Sheehan’s protest. Are they doing the right thing by not talking to her or have they created a public relations nightmare?

Then, Bret Baier has the latest news out of Iraq after insurgents today attacked Iraqi police patrols in western Baghdad with at least three car bombs and small arms fire.

Then, People For the American Way (search) release a new 50-page report on the nomination of Judge John Roberts and California Senator Diane Feinstein is tears into the Supreme Court nominee. Jim Angle reports.

Plus, Senators Schumer and Feingold are asking Judge Roberts to explain why he did not recuse himself from consideration of the Hamdan military commission decision, the three-judge panel that unanimously ruled that the Bush administration could use commissions to try enemy combatants. Megyn Kendall has the details.

And a month into his term Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa (search) is facing the daunting task of paying for a long list of campaign promises. Anita Vogel explains.

Also, Congressional Republicans have scaled back plans to fully repeal the estate tax because they lack a filibuster-proof majority. Major Garrett looks at the plan.
