The king of pop commended him on his thorough cross-examination for the teen accusing him of molestation after getting him to admit that he told his school dean "nothing happened" at Neverland. We’ll get a report from outside the courthouse as FNC legal analyst Bob Massi joins us. We’ll also talk with Jan Drew an editor for US Weekly (search), who has interviewed Jackson several times.

Juror Speaks: Last week on the day when Brian Nichols (search) went on a crazy shooting rampage through an Atlanta courthouse, he was scheduled to take the witness stand at his rape trial. We’ll talk to one of the jurors on the case, James Bailey who was at the courthouse the day Nichols began shooting.

Online Drug Sales: Illegal drug sales over the Internet have given way to a new type of junkie -- kids are now getting their hands on narcotics through unregulated sites. For more on this threat, we’ll talk with Parry Aftab, an Internet privacy and security attorney and the author of "The Parents Guide to Protecting your Children in Cyberspace."

Spies Among Us: Are Muslim spies working deep inside the U.S. government? Author Paul Sperry thinks so and he’ll tell us what’s inside his new book, “Infiltration: How Muslims, Spies and Subversives have Penetrated Washington.”
