Blue Fingers: There are a lot of blue fingers in Iraq on Monday. Dipping a finger in blue ink was the method of identification for the millions of Iraqis who voted Sunday, but what's next for Iraqis and American troops? We’ll have reports from the region, plus, we’ll talk with Entifadh Qanbar, special envoy for the Iraqi National Alliance (search) who voted in Sunday’s election from the U.S.

Vanity Tax: If you're saving up for plastic surgery in certain states, the price could go way up, very soon. Some lawmakers are considering slapping a hefty tax on cosmetic procedures — it's called a "vanity tax,” but is it really fair? We’ll have fair and balanced debate with plastic surgeon Dr. Phillip Haeck and Joseph Cryan (D), the New Jersey assemblyman who sponsored the vanity tax in his state.

Defense Strategy: Commuter trains in Glendale, California are up and running again after last week's derailment where eleven people died. Juan Manuel Alvarez (search) has been charged with murder and could face the death penalty. Investigators say he caused the crash after ditching his SUV on the tracks after he originally planned to commit suicide, and then changed his mind. We’ll talk with Eric Chase, the attorney for Juan Alvarez.
