Iraqis Vote: Exiled Iraqis (search) living in the U.S. and 13 other countries are registering to vote in the upcoming national elections, but as Iraqis take steps towards the historic contest, terrorists are stepping up violence in the days leading up to the elections. We’ll have a report from Mike Tobin and analysis from Danielle Pletka, vice president of foreign aid and defense policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute.

Presidential Prayer: The decision is in, and there will be a prayer at President Bush's inauguration (search), despite the efforts of Michael Newdow (search) to end the long-held tradition. We’ll talk with Newdow after his unsuccessful lawsuit to remove prayer from the inauguration.

Troop Refusal: Some former soldiers who believed their active duty commitments were over are getting a rude awakening and many are waging their own battles to prevent being sent to the battle fields. We’ll have a report from correspondent Jonathan Serrie.
