Tonight..."The O'Reilly Factor" is on...

The Supreme Court (search) has struck down a law yesterday that was passed to protect American children from pornography on the Internet.  By a vote of 5 to 4, the court has ruled that the Federal government cannot enforce the Child Online Protection Act (search), which restricts sexually explicit material on the Net deemed harmful to minors.

After yesterday's controversial decision are your kids now at much greater risk of exposure to pornography when they are online? We'll take a No Spin look at that critical question.

Also, should Sen. John Kerry's divorce papers be unsealed? After former Illinois Republican Senate candidate Jack Ryan's divorce papers were unsealed, steamy allegations about his sexual proclivities forced him to drop out of the race. Could Kerry's divorce papers also contain some unseemly revelations? Is this a good idea or simply a case of political payback?
