Tonight..."The O'Reilly Factor" is on!

Plus, a controversial edition of "60 Minutes II" earlier this week broadcast pictures of U.S. soldiers allegedly torturing prisoners in Iraq.  Did CBS News put Americans in jeopardy by showing those pictures on the air? We'll talk with former CBS News Vice President Jonathan Klein and Richard Hanley a professor of communications at Quinnipiac University (search) in Connecticut.

Also, more controversy, too, over the plan by ABC News' "Nightline" (search) to air the names and photos of the more than 700 U.S. servicemembers killed in Iraq since March 19, 2003. Is this broadcast, which "Nightline" is describing as a tribute, also undermining the War on Terror? At least one media company says it is and we'll tell you why.

Then, should America use more power to fight the war in Iraq. Historian Niall Fergusson, author of the forthcoming book "Colossus: The Price of America's Empire" will join us.

And later, pop superstar Michael Jackson pleaded not guilty today to all 10 counts of a grand-jury indictment, including a surprising charge of conspiracy to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion. We'll tell you what happened today in Santa Maria.
