WASHINGTON – Ralph Nader (search) says he hasn't decided yet whether to run in the 2004 presidential race.
In an e-mail to supporters, Nader says he's still considering whether to run for president this year. He's encouraging supporters to offer input at his Web site.
The Nader 2004 Presidential Exploratory Committee was formed in October — and Nader had said he would decide by the end of 2003 whether to run. A committee director later said the decision wouldn't come until early this year.
As the Green Party's candidate four years ago, Nader captured about three percent of the vote. Many voters blamed him for taking support away from Democrat Al Gore, and allowing President Bush to enter the White House.
