Robert Torricelli -- the former senator from New Jersey -- had a rough day in traffic court this week, where he faced charges of hitting a car and leaving the scene.

And the Nominees Are...
The Grammy Awards nominations were announced this week.
Among those honored for Best Spoken Word Album: Sen. Hillary Clinton, for the audio book version of her memoir "Living History," and former President Bill Clinton, for his narration of “Peter and the Wolf.”
And the Winners Are...
And speaking of awards, Britain's Plain English Campaign tapped an American for special mention in the Foot in Mouth category.
Second place went to then-candidate for California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, for telling Fox News' Sean Hannity that, “gay marriage is something that should be between a man and a woman."
