Thursday, Nov. 13: No Moore

An Alabama judicial panel Thursday removed Chief Justice Roy Moore (search) and rejected his argument that he was upholding his oath when he ignored a federal court order to move a Ten Commandments monument from the state judicial building.

In a DaySide exclusive, we’ll get reaction from Judge Moore himself.

Plus, we’ll hear from Stephen Glassroth, plaintiff in Ten Commandments case, and William Murray, chairman of the Religious Freedom Coalition.

Operation Iron Hammer (search) is in full swing, striking back at suspected terrorists that have been harassing our troops in Iraq. But is the best way to stop these attacks to hand over more control to the Iraqis? We’ll ask Entifadh Qanbar, member of the Iraqi Governing Council.

And, we’ll get the American perspective on an Iraqi handover with The Weekly Standard’s Bill Kristol.

A judge’s ruling in the Mepham High School hazing case has parents livid. We'll explain what's got them so mad.

And, why is Scott Peterson's defense team targeting Modesto detectives? We’ll ask Mark Fuhrman, retired Los Angeles detective, and Dr. Michael Baden, forensic pathologist.
