After ducking several earlier offers, Wednesday night Arnold Schwarzenegger (search) will, for the first time, debate the three other top contenders for California governor.

We’ll handicap his odds with Art Torres, chairman of the California Democratic Party, and Republican California State Senator Jim Brulte.

Plus, the California debate has a new format -- the candidates already "have" the questions. Does that give an advantage to any of the candidates? We’ll ask Stan Statham, president of the California Broadcasters Association.

How is the war in Iraq impacting President Bush's poll numbers? We’ll get a fair and balanced debate from Stephen Schwartz, senior policy analyst at Defense of Democracies and author of The Two Faces of Islam; Dick Morris, FNC political analyst and author of Off With Their Heads; Susan Turnbull, deputy chair of Democratic National Convention, and Michael Weisskopf, senior correspondent for Time magazine.

Plus, what is really going on Iraq? We’ll get first hand accounts from FOX News correspondents Steve Harrigan and Greg Kelly, and Entifadh Qanbar, spokesman for the president of the Governing Council in Iraq.

And, is there a breach in security at the Guantanamo Bay (search) Naval Base? We’ll investigate.
