Tonight... The O'Reilly Factor is on!

Former first lady Hillary Clinton (search) reveals how she found out about her husband's affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky in her forthcoming book Living History.  But is she telling the truth? We'll discuss it with FOX News Contributor Judith Regan who also happens to be the president of Regan Books.

Plus, the prosecution in the Laci Peterson (search) murder case says it has found significant evidence. What is it? We'll get the latest from our own Geraldo Rivera.

Also, were reports of Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction (search) greatly exaggerated?

Both Democratic and Republican lawmakers told reporters Tuesday that they support the idea of holding hearings into the intelligence reports that were used to justify the war against Saddam Hussein.

Where are Saddam’s weapons and why haven’t they been located yet? We’ll debate it with two members of the House Select Committee on Intelligence: Rep. Randall Duke Cunningham (R-Calif.) and Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fla.).
