In a last-ditch effort to devise a plan to win international support for using force to disarm Saddam Hussein, President Bush will meet this weekend with the leaders of America's two closest allies -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar.
• Signaling impatience with the Turkish government, the Pentagon begins moving Navy ships out of the Mediterranean to the Red Sea, where they could launch long-range cruise missiles on a path to Iraq that would not go over Turkey.
• President Bush will delay releasing his long-sought "road map" or formula for Middle East peace until a credible prime minister is installed with real powers as a balance against Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
• Israeli forces in the West Bank kill at least 10 suspected Islamic militants in two gun battles, one of them in the battle-scarred Jenin refugee camp.
