Despite weeks of intense negotiations, a U.S.-backed resolution authorizing a war with Iraq seems to be in serious doubt as a majority of the members of the Security Council openly acknowledged that they won't support the resolution.
This morning, the White House also announced that President Bush will hold an emergency summit this weekend with the leaders of Great Britain and Spain to give diplomacy "one last chance and "go the last mile."
What should the United States do now? We'll ask former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to share his insight and expertise.
