Manhunt over. A teenager suspected of gunning down a Pennsylvania couple has been caught. Eighteen-year-old David Ludwig's run from the law ended in Indiana. Now police are trying to figure out if he kidnapped the couple's 14-year-old daughter or if she went along willingly. FOX's Rick Leventhal is live with the latest.
Then, a newly released document shows that in 1985 Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito wrote that the Constitution does not protect the right to an abortion.
