Television network CBS has joined NBC in delaying the start of the fall TV season for one week.

CBS announced today that the new season will now premiere Monday, September 24th. NBC was the first to delay its fall season until the 24th because of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

ABC hasn't announced yet if it will follow suit.

The WB has also announced that it won't premiere its new shows tomorrow night because President Bush has declared tomorrow a national day of prayer and remembrance.
