Charlotte, NC (SportsNetwork.com) - Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams is inactive for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, but Jonathan Stewart will play through an ankle injury.

Williams did not practice all week due to a quad injury. The Memphis product has carried the ball 151 times for 610 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games this season.

Stewart missed Wednesday's practice session and was limited the rest of the week. The Oregon product has carried the ball 33 times for 125 yards in four games this year.

Fullback Mike Tolbert is a go despite dealing with a knee injury, but linebacker Chase Blackburn (foot) and tight end Ben Hartsock (knee) will miss the game.
