Kyle O'Quinn scored 18 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as Norfolk State defeated North Carolina A&T 75-57 Thursday night in the regular-season finale for both teams.

O'Quinn also had five of Norfolk State's seven blocked shots as the Spartans held North Carolina A&T to 28.4-percent shooting from the field (19 of 67) and ended the Aggies' three-game winning streak.

Pendarvis Williams and Rob Hampton each added 14 for Norfolk State (10-19, 8-8 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), which avenged an 89-81 overtime loss on Dec. 4 and earned the No. 6 seed in the upcoming MEAC tournament.

Thomas Coleman led North Carolina A&T (15-16, 9-7) with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Still, the Aggies were outrebounded 50-36. Coleman made 7 of 14 shots, but his teammates were 12 of 53 combined.

Nic Simpson, the Aggies' second-leading scorer at 13.8 points a game, was held to only five.
