Arizona Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson knows how to revel in the moment of a game-saving interception. He immediately checked out the reaction to his heroics on social media.

Jefferson picked off quarterback Joe Flacco in the back of the end zone with six seconds left in the game to stave off a furious comeback and seal the Arizona Cardinals' 26-18 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night.

As noted by Darren Urban, a writer for the Cardinals' official team website, one of the first things Jefferson did upon returning to the locker room was check out his Twitter account.

"I'm trending!" Jefferson said, according to a tweet from Urban.

It was the second career interception for the third-year safety - both coming this season.
