Brewers place Figaro on DL

The Milwaukee Brewers placed starting pitcher Alfredo Figaro on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to June 24, with an oblique strain.
Over 21 appearances (five starts) this season, Figaro is 1-2 with a 4.64 earned run average, including losses in each of his last two starts.
The Brewers will recall pitcher Johnny Hellweg from Triple-A Nashville on Wednesday, and he will start Friday's matchup with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Hellweg is 7-4 with a 2.82 ERA over 14 satarts with Nashville this season.
