Atlanta's Hudson is sharp, Mets' Dickey is not

Tim Hudson pitched four-hit ball for four innings and the Atlanta Braves roughed up New York Mets starter R.A. Dickey in an 12-0 win Saturday.

Hudson struck out four. He and five other Braves pitchers didn't allow a walk. Hudson said he felt fine and was ready to stretch his arm out in his next start.

Dickey gave up five runs in five innings, his longest stint of the spring and said he still felt that he was ready for opening day. Dickey allowed three runs in the first and two in the second, but said he was comfortable mixing his knuckler with his fastball and said he had no problem with his struggles against the Braves.

Nate McLouth raised his spring average to .474 with two hits for the Braves.
