Cristiano Ronaldo got himself a Bugatti Veyron as a present

Nearly a decade ago Cristiano Ronaldo raced a Bugatti for a Nike commercial, and now he's got one of his own to race anytime he wants.

Fresh off his victories in both Champions League and the European Championships, the Portuguese legend took to Instagram to show off the special place he has for his newest trophy, and the car itself. Ronaldo presented his newest acquisition with the caption "the animal arrive", but at 1,000+ horsepower with a top speed of over 250 mph, "animal" might not do the French beast justice.

The Bugatti Veyron is the latest addition to CR7's robust stable of cars that already includes a McLaren MP4-12 Spyder, Ferrari 599 GTO, Rolls-Royce Phantom, and many more. Teammate Karim Benzema's got a Bugatti Veyron of his own, and we can only hope a rap video is forthcoming. Keep those fingers crossed.
