Joe Gibbs Racing driver Matt Tifft is one tough dude.

Friday, the 20-year old racer underwent surgery to remove a low-grade glioma in his brain, and Saturday morning he Tweeted a video from his hospital bed.

Tifft is expected to resume his racing career once he completes rehabilitation and receives medical clearance.

So far this season, Tifft has run six NASCAR XFINITY Series races and three more in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Best of luck for a full and speedy recovery.
