Everton's new wealth means only Europe's top clubs can afford to buy Romelu Lukaku this summer, his agent says.
Lukaku has left his future in the hands of Mino Raiola as he concentrates on Belgium's Euro 2016 campaign, but the striker has made no secret of his wish to join a Champions League club in the close season.
The ambition to win medals remains, according to Raiola, but Ronald Koeman's arrival to work under new majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri has changed the landscape at Goodison Park.
And the Italian has made it clear Everton's renewed financial security means Lukaku's suitors must pay big money to prise him out of Merseyside.
"Everton don't need the money anymore but Romelu wants to play for a club that can win trophies," said Raiola, quoted by Sportwereld.
"[However] something's changed at Everton. There's a new project. If he leaves, it has to be a good deal for all parties."
Raiola believes the fee Everton can command rules out a move to Italy and leaves the biggest Premier League clubs to fight it out with the superpowers on the continent.
"Romelu certainly has the qualities to play in Italy," he said. "But as the Italian landscape currently looks, there's no team that can afford him. He is too expensive for Serie A.
"Only a global power can pay for him. The top clubs in England, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain."
Bayern Munich have also been linked with Lukaku, while his old club Chelsea remain favourites to re-sign the 23-year-old despite missing out on next season's Champions League.
