We've all had those days. Days where the absolute last thing you want to do is go to work.

But for whatever reason, instead of calling in sick or working from home, you drag yourself to the office and just kind of go through the motions. You're there, but you're not. You do the exact minimum to get by.

Which is kind of what this umpire did during a D3 college baseball game:

I'm sure plenty of people are going to hate on this, but I just can't bring myself to do it. Running sucks. Anything I can do to avoid it, I'll do. Plus, Johns Hopkins University's season hasn't even started yet, so this is more of a practice game. It's the perfect time to rest the legs for the long haul of the season.

One thing is for certain, though: If you go this route, you have to do so knowing that your risk to get hit by a batted ball goes up significantly. Little tougher to quickly dodge and move laterally while on a hoverboard.
