Mike Reilly is on the move once again, as the Minnesota Wild announced Wednesday that they have reassigned the rookie defenseman to Iowa in favor of Tyson Strachan.

A fifth round pick of the Carolina Hurricanes back in 2003, Strachan has spent time with the St. Louis Blues, Florida Panthers and Washington Capitals organizations since spending four years with Ohio State from 2003-2007.

The 31-year-old defender has logged two assists and 34 penalyt minutes in 26 games with Iowa this year, and nabbed five assists as well as 44 penalty minutes in 46 games with the Buffalo Sabres last season.

Reilly has yet to play for Minnesota since signing with the team as a free agent out of the University of Minnesota over the summer, despite being recalled by the Wild on December 2.
