When you're frustrated and angry, sometimes all you want to do is kick and punch something. Anything. Even if it's your very own race car.

That's the situation Dominique Van Wieringen found herself in during Sunday's Pro Late Models All American 400 at Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville, as seen live on RACEFEEDX and produced by Pit Row Media.

Van Wieringen -- who drives for Joe Nemechek-owned NEMCO Motorsports -- was already having an up-and-down weekend before race day, as evidenced by this Facebook post from early Sunday morning.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));

Then this happened during the race, and Van Wieringen reacted accordingly.

(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.3"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));
