LONDON (AP) Liverpool striker Danny Ings and Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli have been called up by England for the first time for the last two European Championship qualifiers.

The pair has been promoted from the under-21s for the games against Estonia on Oct. 9 and Lithuania three days later as Roy Hodgson tests new players with qualification already secured.
