Streamers to start:

Bartolo Colon, NYM (vs. PHI, @ MIA) -- Surprisingly, Colon is only owned in 41.6 percent of FOX Sports leagues. On Monday, his Mets are a heavy favorite (-207) against the Phillies. Plus, his second opponent, Miami, has scored the fewest runs in baseball in the past seven days. My only concern is that Colon pitched an inning of relief on Saturday. However, this was Colon's line against the Phillies on August 26: 7 IP, 0 ER, and 8 Ks.

Brett Anderson, LAD (vs. SF, @ SD) -- He is owned in 11.6 percent of leagues and should be a great addition this week. Anderson has allowed three earned runs or less in nine of the past 10 starts. On Monday, his Dodgers are a -145 favorite against the Giants. As for Anderson's start on the road against the Padres, he is 5-4 with a 2.67 ERA away from Dodger Stadium.

Thanks, but no thanks:

Chad Bettis, COL (vs. ARI, vs. SF) -- You've heard us say it a thousand times, "Don't start a pitcher at Coors Field." Well, naturally, that proves double when a pitcher gets two outings in the same week in Colorado. Even though Bettis has allowed three earned runs or less (not bad for a streaming option) in six of the past seven games, he still has a 5.18 ERA in seven home starts this season.

Mike Foltynewicz, ATL (vs. MIA, @ WAS) -- He was solid in his last performance (5 IP, 0 ER, and 3 Ks) and he even gets Miami (19 total runs in the past week) for a start, but that still doesn't mean that Foltynewicz is a good addition to your club. He has a 3.18 ERA in his lone start against the Marlins this season. Also, in 2015, Foltynewicz has over a 5.50 ERA in both home and road starts. He'll travel to Washington this week, where he is 0-3 (5.89 ERA) away from Turner Field.

Chris Narveson, MIA (@ ATL, vs. NYM) -- No, I'm not just putting him on this list because Narveson attended the rival to my high school (he dominated us when we played them). I'm putting him here because he hasn't made it through the fourth inning yet since returning to the bigs. Narveson also carries a 7.04 ERA in 15.1 innings of work this season.
