In wake of David DeJesus trade, his wife is ecstatic

When a trade happens, people's initial reaction is to assess the deal from a team perspective.

Who did they give up? Was the deal worth it? Who will "win" this trade?

Lost in all of that is that the players are still people with families, loved ones, children. Kim DeJesus, wife of newly-aquired Los Angeles Angels outfielder David DeJesus, took to Twitter to show her excitement:

Many Tampa Bay Rays fans took this as a shot at their team and that she's happy to get out of Tampa Bay. She followed it up with a tweet thanking Rays fans and showing why she's so happy:

There's no doubt the Angels will benefit from DeJesus' bat and presence in the clubhouse, but it's good to see his family will benefit greatly as well.
