Tom Kimber-Smith and Mike Guasch won the Northeast Grand Prix on Saturday at Lime Rock Park for their third IMSA TUDOR United SportsCar Championship victory of the season.

Kimber-Smith and Guasch also drove the No. 52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports ORECA Prototype Challenge car to victory in the Rolex 24 At Daytona in January and the Twelve Hours of Sebring in March.

Kimber-Smith drove to the finish, crossing the stripe 8.304 seconds ahead of Bruno Junqueira in the No. 11 RSR Racing ORECA he shared with Chris Cumming. Renger van der Zande and Mirco Schultis finished third in the No. 8 Starworks Motorsport entry.

Kimber-Smith and Guasch trail points leaders Colin Braun and Jon Bennett by three points with three races remaining.

In the GT Daytona class, Dane Cameron and Michael Marsal won in the No. 97 Turner Motorsport BMW Z4.
