Bloomington, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Indiana sophomore forward Devin Davis was suspended Tuesday from all team activities after being cited by university police for marijuana possession, the school said.

Davis was cited Monday night. Junior forward Hanner Mosquera-Perea was also present at the time of the incident but was not charged.

The school said it was reviewing both players' involvement in the incident.

Davis, 20, missed last season after suffering a head injury in November when he was struck by a car being driven by teammate Emmitt Holt, who was cited for underage drinking.

Davis had just been dropped off by Holt in the parking lot of Indiana's football stadium when he unexpectedly jumped in front of the car, police said.

As a freshman during the 2013-14 season, Davis started once and averaged 2.4 points and 2.6 rebounds in 29 games.
