Kansas City, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The Kansas City Chiefs have re-signed wide receiver Jason Avant, tight end Richard Gordon and safety Kelcie McCray.

The move to keep Avant reunites him with new acquisition Jeremy Maclin. The two wide receivers played under current KC head coach Andy Reid with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Avant has played in 132 games, 52 of them starts, over his nine NFL seasons. He has 331 receptions for 3,999 yards and 13 touchdowns.

Gordon has spent four seasons in the NFL, while McCray has played in 31 contests over three seasons.
