(SportsNetwork.com) - The Charlotte Hornets target a fifth straight win Sunday against the Detroit Pistons at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

The Hornets are coming off a 103-94 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Friday, as Al Jefferson scored 23 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.

Mo Williams also netted 23 points with seven assists, Gerald Henderson scored 13 and Lance Stephenson had 11 points and eight boards off the bench.

"Before the game, we said this was going to be a grind out game," said Williams. "We were playing against a really good team."

Charlotte will play its next three games at home versus Washington, Sacramento and Chicago.

The Pistons are mired in a five-game losing streak and lost all three games on a recent three-game road trip.

Detroit dropped a 103-93 decision to the Houston Rockets on Friday, as James Harden recorded a triple-double of 38 points, 12 assists and 12 rebounds.

Greg Monroe ended with 19 points and eight boards for the Pistons. Reggie Jackson recorded 17 points and seven assists, and Andre Drummond pulled down 21 rebounds.

"I don't think anybody was taking bad shots," Monroe said. "We had good looks, but the shots that people normally take, they didn't fall tonight. We didn't make shots, but there were things we could've done better defensively that would've probably given us a better chance."

The Pistons will start a four-game western jaunt Tuesday against the LA Lakers, Golden State Warriors, Portland Trail Blazers and Utah Jazz.

Detroit ended a three-game slide to Charlotte with a 106-78 victory on Feb. 10 and is 9-4 in the previous 13 games in this series.
