Miami, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh did not travel with the team to New York for Friday's game against the Knicks because of an illness.

The team said Bosh visited a doctor on Thursday because he did not feel well after returning from the All-Star break. The Miami Herald then reported that Bosh was admitted to a Miami-area hospital for tests on his lungs. The paper said he could have blood clots on his lungs, which could possibly end his season.

Bosh was in New York for the All-Star Game last weekend, then went to Haiti for a mini vacation with his wife and Dwyane Wade and his wife.

In 44 games this season, Bosh is averaging 21.1 points with 7.0 rebounds.
